We have a designated Ministry Team assigned to pray for all of the Sick & Shut-In throughout the community.  If you desire to be prayed for, or if you have a family, friend, co-worker or neighbor that desires prayer, simply input their contact information on the form below and our Ministry Team will gladly intercede in prayer on their behalf.
